Got the knowledge in 2025. It's supposed to be group boss, so be careful. With all the buffs and 307 AP it still took me almost 5 minutes to kill him. Got the knowledge on my second try.

Mob is not doing damage but kinda fat. Takes ~2 minutes to kill. Spawns always in the same location.
Respawn time is unknown to me but usually if I kill it in the morning, I could also kill it around midnight. Probably 9-10 hours respawn cooldown.
Got S rank for around 150 mobs (rolling with Annolisa).
The main issue is other people who hunt for this knowledge. Sometimes there are 2-3 in the same time.
