Для получения знания, нужно пройти цепочку квестов,первый квест которой дает Династия Несер – Командир армии Катан Бархан Несер. ps.you can get Alten and Kalten knowledge from quest : A True Unknown Danger to the Desert when you do Suspicious Aakman full quest

If you completed the quest https://bdocodex.com/us/quest/5554/8/?sl=1 and got a shitty grade don't worry! You can delete the knowledge and take it back from Atosa at Aakman node : https://bdocodex.com/fr/npc/50626/1/ it may allow you to get a better grade. Keep in mind that it cost 50 energy to get the knowledge + 10 energy to delete it!
