- Description: The owner of Dead Moon Post has changed a countless number of times. During the old days of the Orzeca Empire, it was a guard post that kept humans for living sacrifice from escaping through the harbor. After the fall of Orzeca, the ownership switched several times to unknowns until the Ahib arrived. Now it's the land of both the Ahib of Viorencia Odore and the Ahib of Sephir. Although hostile to each other, it has become the place to exchange various information which comes through the port as the silent peace of the 'Moon Treaty of Narcion' is preserved. However, it is questionable if genuine conversations and laughter occur here. Can be obtained through [Dialogue] Perhaps someone who stayed in Dead Moon Post the longest might know more about this place? | |

Is there a prerequisite to gain this knowledge? He doesn't have anything to offer me but maybe I haven't completed a required questline yet?
