Talk to Wolfgang at south entrance to Calpheon. 300 amity for the knowledge.

Need 300 amity with Wolfgang. He is the trade manager at the horse stable in Southern Calpheon.
His interest level range is so great, that it will save immense amounts of energy and time to just wave at him to 300 amity. The 700 amity knowledge can be gained easier elsewhere, so just wave for 300.

Even when you manage to win 3 games in a row which usually rewards you with a ton of amity he gives you very little.

Best amity combo I could find:
Will of Elion > Road of Repentance > After Death > Bell Ringing from the City > Evil Gods in Darkness > An Elionian Definition of Heresy
Use tower of will instead of elionian if you're feeling ballsy
