- Description: Higgs monitors the Okjinsini on the other side of the river and keeps daily records of her observations from an outpost. When she does, she tries his best to keep a low profile by disguising himself as a scholar, which keeps the Okjinsini from taking offense. Contrary to their monstrous looks, the Okjinsini are known to be gentle beings.
