- Description: New Officer Digrio is a recent graduate of the Otter Military Academy. With exceptional grades he graduated top of his class, and was deployed to the frontlines. With a buoyant heart he carried out his military service when one day, he came upon a huge problem. The Papus located at a nearby, uninhabited island had been digging sand for quite some time, only to recently finish bridging that island to the Otters' island.
