- Description: Kangkang the Mischievous of Papuraora Island. As her nickname depicts, Kangkang is a rather troublesome Papu. However, many including the Empress Papuraora have recently shown much interest in the young Papu. One day, while wanting to pull a prank on the Otters, Kangkang began digging up sand on the uninhabited island across from Wave's Rest. In due time, she succeeded in creating a land bridge that connected with the Otter's isle! Waiting for her was none other than the recent graduate of the Otter Military Academy, New Officer Digrio.
