A spot in Margoria, beneath the Frozen Sealing Stone constellation. Donalia feels ashamed as she looks upon the injured sailors. Their injuries came at the cost of her pride.

Her father was a naval officer, and she followed in his footsteps to join the Calpheonian marines. She made a name for herself there, and soon was granted her own vessel and crew from Delphad Castillion. Her dream to rid the Great Ocean of pirates and bring about peace like her father was about to come true. However, on that fateful maiden voyage of her new vessel, the infamous Cox Pirate Picira Baho and his blasted ship stood in her path. Lost in delusions of grandeur, she focused solely on manning and firing the cannons. The pirates did see their treasure ship blown to smithereens, but at the cost of her own ship being split in two. Many of her crew were injured and killed as well. Here her romantic childhood dream finally burst, along with any remnants of her naive youth.

Since I personally had a lot of trouble with finding all of Margoria's Star knowledge locations I made overlay so you can use software like OnTopReplica to put the overlay on top of your screen with 50% opacity and see exactly where you need to be, make sure to enable Advanced -> Enable Click-Through.

Keep in mind the location of NPC that gives knowledge is a little bit off like this.

For overlay to work set your world map to 90 degrees in settings, and resolution to 1920x1080 Full Screen Window.
