- Description: Lavala, the Crow's Nest Manager. She greets guests visiting the Crow's Nest from all regions and guides them to Patrigio. Also serves as a mediator for disputes. She oversees all items that come in and out of the island, guarded by security hired by the guild. She is the only member not wearing the guild uniform and her name "Lavala" was given to her by Patrigio when she was first brought to the isle. Her real name remains a mystery.
