go south of oberen farm, where all the normal rainbox foxes are and search for a light on the ground and follow it, it appears and disappears a few times then the fox appears

ps. I found. The location shown in the picture below is correct, I killed two foxes and a ball of light appeared, and then the wanted mob
Killing foxes does nothing. I haven't spotted any rare fox in two weeks, so there remains an RNG
