For all recipes/designs you can use the general substitution rules: - 1 ingredient of green grade can be replaced by 2-3 white grade ingredients and vice versa. - 1 ingredient of blue grade can be replaced by 3-5 white grade ingredients and vice versa. | |

You can use 2 dried fish instead of 1 fish.

it depends. IF the dried fish comes from a White quality fsh,then it needs 2 for each craft
IF the dried fish comes from a green quality fish, then 1 only can be used for each craft

Used 1 Dried Bigeye @ Master4 worked. Get dried bigeye from nodes.

Tried this recipe ~300 times: 1 Dried Skipjack (valued at 2.5k silver), 3 Flour, 2 Deep Frying Oil and it worked 100% (Master 11)
Dried Filefish is successful only 75% of the time, not good for afk cooking.

At Master 8 i use 1 Dried Maomao.

Haven't tried Dried Maomaos specifically (too expensive, not worth it), but tried with 1 Dried Striped Catfish and the recipe fails 25% of the time, unworkable. (Master 10 here)
