The miracle of the desert is definitely referring to water and the fact that it was "rolling" means it is not an oasis but a stream. There must be clues that point to the treasure that can be found here. Desert Fogans live in Titium Valley so they might know something. I don't think they will volunteer the information so I will need to question them sharply. (You think that whoever wrote the journal was probably right.) (An artifact surfaced from the evaporating pool of water. You examine the artifact, but find no clue.)
