Southern Gateway is the closest location to the cave entrance. Follow the road going south west from the gateway and at the bend where spiders and cliffs are, you will have to search for the cave entrance. https://www.reddit.com/r/blackdesertonline/comments/cefz64/the_cave_reeking_of_foul_stench/ helped me get really close. Then I started jumping up along the walls and coincidentally found it.
