Show/hide full quest's text Do you have any idea how many dying people are there at the Refugee Camp? They are fainting with hunger every day. Elion would grieve to see it. I'm always transferring enough rations, but it seems like the people are still starving. I sent a Food Wagon just yesterday... but I heard nothing from them. Could you check if it has arrived safely at the Refugee Camp? The Rations sent out should be enough, but it seems people are still starving. Hmm... Were you sent from the Northern Wheat Plantation? Tell Lady Leight that... we've already said we'd take care of this area, so why does she want to come out here herself?

Cant get this quest.. but did everything i had to before :/ any ideas? Or is it really restrcited for those levels..?
