Apparently there are different maps. This location appears accurate for the one at Kuitt Island. It's not easy to find keep diving (quite deep) look for the jagged lumps of pointy coral clumps it is close to that. There is a youtube, search on treasure chest of a sailor, kuitt should come right up. You do not have a map here you can lose your boat so park it close to one of those little islands so you can find it. I don't know if what's in the chest is fixed or random I didn't get ebenruth, got some crow shop items for blue gear and some ship matts.
