Recommend completing the map quests for +200 amity.
All but one knowledge were 0~0 interest.
I used the following for 2 rounds (~29 amity), repeat. ~275 energy spent for 601

Seek out the best Combo effects to get to higher favor and weave in the one actually giving Favor: Sameh. Like this:
