I had hard time getting the knowledge off this bugger.
But I got it after about 2 or 3 hours just sitting there waiting for respawn while processing stuff for my boat.
Luckily calpheon is right beside the area so if you are having problems like me just go to calpheon, grab some process materials, come back and process while waiting for rotation to respawn.

Got the Lore in 10 Minutes of Grinding them. It seems to be RNG - not a Bug
