The reason is because the guards at the Acher Guard Post felt sorrow in the mourning of the Kamasylvian spirits. I can confirm this mob dropped Forest Fury. Got one farming knowledge for half an hour in drop rate event.
Also sometimes they become invisble so you have to look for them with your own eyes. Map is unreliable.

Found this near the Ash Forest node. I didnt see any where the quest indicated to the west. Star icon on the minimap, dont confuse it with the harder Ash Forest ghosts.
