(01.02.2023) Mesima can not be obtained from the "Wind Nol's Perch" Node as written i nthe description. It can be obtained at Pilgrim's End. Same goes for the other materials like Chanterelle.

Incorrect. It absolutely can be gathered from Wind Nols Perch. In fact, I went to Pilgrim's End on your advice and couldn't find any there.
