This was slightly changed, Seed Half Eaten by Bird and Premature Fruit now both use 20 like the others.

How to get these products? There is nothing like this in my garden. How to get Farming byproducts?

The by-products for farming were changed and consolidated into a single item called 'Blush Leaf'. You can exchange 20x Blush Leaf for 1x Stonetail Fodder, likewise the other exchanges such as CP / Farming EXP, Silver, Byproduct Fertilizer also require 20x Blush Leaf.

I suppose the Profession Cooking affects the outcome 1-3 fodder.

It requires different amounts of byproducts. It requires mixing 2 types of farming byproducts with Simple Cooking. Not sure if it works for everyone else but for me it always takes:
Premature Fruit - 25
Unusual Fruit - 20
Mutant Plant - 20
Seed Half Eaten By Bird - 15
I'm getting 2-3 Fodders each time (cooking Artisan 5; if related)
