UPDATE: Item now named correctly to Epheria Sailboat: Brass Prow.
This item is mis-named currently ([Guild] Galley Sail (+Flag), folded). It is actually a prow item for the Epheria Sailboat.
There is a hidden Speed stat also which is indicated when fitted to the sailboat. The base +0 item provides a 1% Speed boost. Subsequent enhancement levels (at least to +6 tested) provide +0.5% Speed and 1 DP per level.
From +6 it will, as the message states in enhancement window, delevel on fail and there is currently no Force-Enhance option. Cron Stone doesn't work.

Yes. Took all parts to +6. But de-levels on fail beyond this as it states, so not bothering for the green quality items.
