※ Effect: Send a [Party] Assembly command to online Party members to instantly teleport them to your location.
※ Only applicable to Party members in the same server as you.
※ You must be online to teleport Party members.
※ Teleport will not be available after 10 min since using the [Party] Assembly command.
※ Party members who logged out or changed servers after receiving the [Party] Assembly command cannot be summoned.
※ Cannot be used when you are a member of a Platoon.
※ Cannot be used in Node/Conquest Wars.
※ Cannot be used in Red Battlefield or Jail.

it is clear enough, the parts drop in aakman temple, the lvl 60 underground dungeon in the desert. some also say it also drops in hystria ruins

The Compass is made out of 3 Parts - 1 Part Drops in Aakman Temple and the other 2 Parts drop in the Hystria Dungeon.
Both places require very good gear and the dropchance of these parts is extremely low.

you can dropp all 3 keys at the same dungeons, its 3x the same key.
edit: okay maybe I am wrong, because all 3 keys have theyre own ID...
but ingame will you not see a difference :/

[Руины Гистрии] с Бодука, падает Деталь хорошего компаса, обмен на Деталь мощного компаса
