old rumors said that this only applied to pvp (players) , but in general nobody really knows what theyre talking about half the time when it comes to untested (or verified?) items like this. Requesting info, and is probably easily testable in the heidel arena & then pirates or something (test to see if killing a human npc is faster by losing sheet ap while wearing a ring like this, or even better pri or duo)
Lastly, since the topaz ring excludes demi humans. give it a run at crescents or something.
