You can get this doing the Destroy Spell! quest 6 times. Not really worth it though.

All of the dumb exchange quests will disappear from your black spirit after you do some post-awakening main quests. I believe it was visiting the blacksmith in Altinova and doing the quest about improving my awakening weapon (basically free blackstones for talking to him and a couple other npcs close by). So if you are annoyed by them, like I was, go do that. You'll be left alone. However the npcs you go to that give the quests will still have them available should you so choose to waste your time
