Got this title after completing the quest [Balenos] Farewell, Grusha.

Which of the two titles you get (this one or Rooting For) is likely determined by which option you pick during the last Crossroads.

In this case it would be [Balenos][Crossroad] Save 'Em for a Rainy Day
