Caso o conhecimento não aparecer com a NPC Annalyn será necessário criar um personagem novo e fazer as missões principais e escolher o caminho Liga dos Mercadores em Heidel, então continuei fazendo as missão principais até Muskan em fúria, assim que você termina essa missão você ganhara o conhecimento.

If you satisfy to the condition in order to get the knowledge from Annalynn then you can delete this knowledge and take it back indefinitly until you get S.

Could any of you @Eriobea or @runicrd ellaborate on what "satisfying the condition" means to get the knowledge?
Is it something different than having to create another character and doing the main missions following the path of the League of Merchants?

I opened a new character and completed the quest "[Boss] Muskan of Madness". Then I went to Annolisa Rosie in Calpheon and deleted the Cultist Assassin knowledge I had learned. Then I was able to go to Annalyn and get the information again.

Unfortunately the situation I'm in is exactly what you described, until reaching the part where you go back to Annalyn and get the knowledge after deleting it.
It just doesn't have the "chat" option.
In hoping you are not a troll, either there is an underlying condition that allowed you to go back to Annalyn and reobtain the knowledge, or this is a bug that not only I am facing, looking at the other comments in the thread.

main quesline the young Lion of Heidel > (crossroad) the Lamenting head of the league of merchants, then finish all Serdina questline then go to Annalynn then chat
note: you must chat who character do this questline
and get knowledge again again to get SSSSSSSS

Tried 50+ times to get S knowledge. No way its equal chance to get each letter. Be ready to spend a lot of time and energy if you want S

New Serendia questline doesn't seem to apply here. Completed [Serendia II] Muskan of Madness but Annalynn has no chat option after deleting the knowledge.
But was able to use another character that completed the quest: [Boss] Muskan of Madness which was part of the "Traces of Madness" series. I'm glad at least one character took this crossroad.
