Dica: Se vc nao tem o gear para aguentar os mobs, vá em horário de NODE WAR, que os mobs somem e vc pode fazer tranquilamente a interação dentro da caverna.
Tip: If you don't have the gear to handle the mobs, go during NODE WAR time, when the mobs disappear and you can calmly do the interaction inside the cave.

Best approach to get this and the others in the caves is to wait until a node war starts. All mobs will be gone, leaving you free to go through at will. Closest entrance is the one near Panella.
