Кто подскажет, в какой момент собирается? При уходе за растущими саженцами,сборе семян или урожая? А то пытался по разному - и ни одного(

Description says you can get it from "Harvesting, Plant Breeding, Pruning, or Killing Pests with crops of at least Special quality", so all plant interactions while farming, you just gotta make sure the plant is of special quality.

IF you also have at least Artisan 1 Farming - you won't get any before that no matter what you do!
Around this same level, you also begin getting Magical [Crop] Seed/Hypha directly when Plant Breeding a Special grade crop, and every time you Plant Breed a Magical one - so you won't need to use these seeds to make all your Magical [Crop] Seed/Hyphae.
With a mix of Magical and Special crops at Artisan 8, I'd estimate I get maybe one of these per ten full fields, though I haven't kept close track.
