You get this Title by killing Monsters at the Crescent Shrine in the Valencia Desert.
I don't know exactly how many you need to kill, it should be around 150-200 Monsters

I think all the Monsters at the Crescent Shrine count towards this Title (but I'm not sure, I didn't count).
I got the Title while grinding there (pretty quick, after around 150-200 Monsters).

Some of the Monsters there are:
Crescent Guardian
Crescent Watcher
Crescent Follower
