The following amity choices have been tested on Elephant, Black Dragon and Giant horoscope characters for roughly one design per game:
A Velian Epic, Witch at the Farm, The Cook's Presence, Flute, Velia Specialties and Meiser Lomerun. Purchase once you have enough for one outfit to cut down overall energy costs.

This one works well but I made a slightly different combo that seem to have a higher average ranging from 600-1k+ accumulated favor.

The Cook's Presence
A Velian Epic
The Flute Boy
Witch at the Farm
Mysterious Sculptor
Flute

I've not had this combo fail for at least 30+ runs but I do have the Calpheon city node at rank 5 so its possible it could fail with an unleveled node.

PS. Keep in mind that many topics have a large favor span (7-62 for example) so the outcome is always very rng dependent.
