Il n'est généralement pas difficile de trouver de l'eau dans les canyons de pierres ou au Rocher. Du moins, on en trouve plus facilement que des oasis dans le désert. Cependant, les habitants de cette régions ne gaspillent l'eau.

Au Rocher de Kisleev, on trouve une source petite mais inépuisable. Elle est considérée comme une ressource précieuse.

I found the exploration point (240 to Kiseev Crag, 300 to Sokota Island, 410 to Leical Falls), however, there was no way to interact with it. Is there some associated quest I need to trigger first?

I originally auto-pathed to the Shakatu Abandoned Pier, then I auto-pathed to this lake close to it. You should be able to just walk right up to it, I didn't have to search for it.
