Biasanya sangat sulit untuk menemukan air di perbatuan atau ngarai yang terdiri dari batu.. Setidaknya, ini lebih mudah daripada menemukan oasis di tengah gurun. Namun, warga di daerah ini selalu menghargai air.

Di Tebing Terjal Kisleev terdapat sebuah mata air yang kecil namun tidak pernah kering sehingga mata air ini dianggap sebagai sumber yang berharga.

I found the exploration point (240 to Kiseev Crag, 300 to Sokota Island, 410 to Leical Falls), however, there was no way to interact with it. Is there some associated quest I need to trigger first?

I originally auto-pathed to the Shakatu Abandoned Pier, then I auto-pathed to this lake close to it. You should be able to just walk right up to it, I didn't have to search for it.
