Очень низкий шанс дропа с монстров в Закрытой шахте. Ниже чем любой другой предмет, думаю в районе 0.01-0.001%, ну или мне просто не везло. Стоял ~5 часов с 2 уровнем узла, 4 удачи и +20% шансом выпадения предмета.

Very low drop chance from mobs in the Abandoned Iron Mine. Approximately 0.01-0.001% (or I was just unlucky). Took me 5 hours with 2nd node level, 4 luck and +20% drop chance.

Doubt anything would change much. If you checked the subreddit lately, you could see that 1 level of investment gives exactly 1% of drop rate, up to 10%. Yes, this info is confirmed by game files. Doesn't change much.

been farming here at iron mine for 3 hours no luck, can it drop at Rhutum Dt.?

I've been farming there as well but had a drop in the mine so can't give a definite answer. It probably can drop there.
