Как получить это знание?

2) Бафаем зелье и надеваем сет Таллис
3) Прыгаем как на скиншоте выше
4) Идите по правой стороне крыше, дабы не упать
5) Аккуратно падаем на корни и спускаемся чуть ниже
6) Победа

подготовка не требуется, прекрасно допрыгивается без зелий и Таллиса, с восточной стороны здания есть пара балкончиков, рядом с ними есть уступы.
так как скрины почему-то не открываются, дополню - аккуратно падаем с северо-западного угла дома прямо на торчащий вверх корень.
