This worked most of the time for me, BUT, the interest and favor changes all the time. so I also used http://bdotools.com/ to help me out abit

I also recommend to MUTE SOUND during this amity game.. he is annoying as f***!!!

worked very well max points in a 3 turn conversation 251, max acc favor 394, fails allmost worked every time for all 5 interests

With these arrangements, I was able to gain 300+ amity per full conversation. (without Amity boost)

I'm not sure if something has changed, but Leona's Interest Level is only 6 for Roccio, meaning that all suggestions using her end up failing.

I had success using:

Bacho Ladericcio (Interest 78 / Favor 47 ~ 91)
Vitheons Belucci (Interest 84 / Favor 39 ~ 77)
Samier (Interest 41 / Favor 27 ~ 29)
St. Pjorn (Interest 32 / Favor 36 ~ 42)
Margaret (Interest 35 / Favor 30 ~ 39)

Under ideal conditions, this is the order you want to use for best amity gain with Roccio. It does not fail and gives a lot of amity, while using Leona and Balker Bation CAN give even more amity, the chance to fail those are incredibly higher and not worth it in the long run.
