- Description: When joining the corrupt Cultists new members must write their oath of allegiance in blood as a sign of loyalty and the desire to resurrect Kzarka. The bloody letter is then sealed by the power of black magic, and when the seal breaks, the letter will burn and the author of the letter will die. It is uncertain, but this cruel method may be a means of punishing traitors. If you enter the main monastery area from the east, before entering there are two gargoyle statues. The book in on the ground behind the right statue.

If you park at the node manager then walk to the courtyard entrance that is indeed where the book is but for some reason I couldn't find it until I destroyed the statue so if you can't see it try blowing the statues up.
