If U strugling with this, there way out to get it faster.
Reach 400 or 410 energy and eat Borscht(10energy) or Fragrant Borscht(20energy) depending how much U missing.
Change channel and relog, quest done.
For some changing channel counts, if not, relog and it should count.
Im not sure if this is glitch or intented.

Where does the first quest in this chain starts? I cannot figure it out. I got 506 energy atm, and I cannot find this quest for World of Knowledge I
Edit: My mistake. I had done it allready on my first maincharacter (I rerolled class to another main). Forgot that some knowledge only shows on the character you got it on.. Which is kinda stupid, cus it counts for all character anyway:S
