Because each tower are very far from each other, i recommand to do it while being on a horse. We you are used to it, you can make the "all tower clear rotation" in less 45s and so you will avoid lots of frustration.

Still hard to get anyway...

I used this rotation and got it in 10 minutes.
After you finish rotation swap to another guild server so you don't get cooldown.
Should be faster using a horse.
