Does anyone know how to get this knowledge? This NPC is shown on the big map as a questionmark, but the NPC isn't shown in the game.

Girgo Viano is the oasis vendor from covid, hence why shes no where to be found even in Loml 2

This NPC is actually present in the RU/KR version of the game. I've got the knowledge from her.
Looks like PA messed up it's spawn in NA/EU region.
