Since recent spot rework, grind Upper Sycraia and every 15-40 minutes this boss will spawn. Chance for knowledge is very low, so prepare hundred of hours if you want S rank.

Personally I got C, B and again C (rolling with Annolisa) for around 18 hours, still didn't get S.
