Once all Abyssal Veins were activated, Goyen secretly snuck by Wuju and returned to his original world. Fearing somebody would recognize him, he hid himself within the wastelands.

He did not think that he would stay there forever. The burdens of his past still lay heavily on his shoulders... and he deemed himself no longer worthy to bear dreams for the future. And yet, the reason why he chose to return... was solely for the fact that he wished to hear even the slightest news regarding the whereabouts and well-being of his former mercenary children.
Can be obtained by interacting with the mysterious outsider at Kusha in Mediah after completing [Abyss One: The Magnus Main Questline]
