Warga percaya hal itu menyegarkan jiwa dan memberkahi hari mereka.

The quest name is Calpheon Bell - go to the church on the west side of the city (big green roof) talk to the villager in the red cloak walking on the steps. wait till he stops walking to talk to him, knowledge gained.
