Air Terjun Kiernak dikenal sebagai tempat dimana para Chenga Sherekhan melakukan meditasi dan latihan. Setelah Pertempuran Besar, tempat ini mulai dikenal oleh para Penduduk Drieghan yang tersisa sebagai tempat dimana Taring Dragon dipendam untuk menurunkan hujan karena semua orang di Drieghan menderita akibat kekeringan. Oleh sebab itu, tempat ini dikenal sebagai salah satu tempat paling suci bersama dengan Makam Sherekhan, dan hanya terbuka untuk orang-orang saat ritual dan upacara spesial diadakan.
