Before Kayal Nesser will give you Pila Ku's Helper, you must first the complete Peaceful Oasis quest line started by Material Vendor Ashim at Ibellab Oasis.

If u want this knowledge first go to oasis ibellab and do Peaceful oasis chain quest and then quest "Pila Ku Helper" withone u get from Kayal Nesser in Maiquuin will show up and lead u to Alenia in Pila Ku Jail to do chain Q and in the end u get knowledge

Kayal Nesser'daki tüm görevleri bitir, ibellab vahasına gidip Ashim adlı npcdeki 13 zincir görevi bitir. Sonra pilakunun günlük görevinin olduğu yerde Alenia adlı npcde bu bilgiyi veren görev çıkacak.
