Okay, I found that NPC Kreutz gives this knowledge for 10 energy

Kreutz only gives the kill title. Gorgath gives the knowledge.

I recieved knowledge from Kreutz, you can try both ways talk with Gorgath and if he doesn´t give you Kelcas knowledge (what happened to me) go to Kreutz then.

4 years later and I still don't have this knowledge. Neither Gorgath nor Kreutz are offering me the knowledge. Tried all of Gorgath's locations, and Calpheon City Gorgath did offer me knowledge for Queen Stoneback Crab and Steel Nux, which I was also missing.

Maybe try finish quest line that include khuruto path? and then try speak with Gorgath or Kroitz. Have same trouble with saunil chief, can´t find any ways to gain his kowledge. And try diferent chars you have. Coz fto my ranger Gorgath didn´t want to give Steel Nux, but he gave to my Shai...Good luck!

I haven't got Kelcas yet, but the first character I tried talking to Gorgath with other than my main and Gorgath had like 5 others from the Boss section in ecology I was still missing.
My main character is a Dark Knight, with Treant Owl as her horoscope.
My Corsair with the Wagon horoscope just got Biragi, Gehaku, Black Mane, Mad Scientists Assistant, and Ruins Guard Tower which I was still missing.
Not sure what matters here, but it will certainly help others looking for knowledge on the bosses.
Not sure what matters here. It could be horoscope. It could be class. it could be when the character was made ('when' here meaning either the order they were made, or after a certain unknown date)
Definitely worth looking into for those curious enough
Update: my Archer with Black Dragon horoscope got Kelcas from Gorgath

I was with my Mage with Black Dragon there and i get Gehaku, Black Mane, Mad Scientists Assistant but not Kelcas :/

also, I believe i got Saunil Seige Captain from one of the times they did the event with SSC and Titium as quests to choose between for daily scrolls. Hopefully they run it again so you can try that

Guys, according to the game's data, the only condition to get this knowledge from Gorgath is to finish the [Boss] The Stomp Heard Round the World quest. Class, location, time of the day or zodiac sign are not important here.

This may be but it's really a hell figuring out how you get to that quest. My main has done every single quest possible in the game (certainly all those in calpheon anyway) and cannot get the knowledge from this character, I assume because I got through all the quests years ago and since they revamped the questlines so many times this quest was not available to him (though i DID do one where i had to beat Kelcas but it has a different name)
Knowledge available from NPCs should not be locked behind quests, lock it behind level maybe at most. But this is ridiculous. I'm trying to find out on a Drakania alt that has done all the story quests up to odylitta how to get to this quest and I can't. I can see anyway that at no point did I have to face this boss in the storyline quests... Are the quests really all the same with any class? The fact that some people did get it on some classes and not on others seems to suggest this. It's all so confusing.

Ok, i have found an alt that has completed this quest. So drakania, my most recent alt, didn't have this quest in all the main quests, my main, my oldest char, didn't have it either, but I found it in both my Dark knight and Zerker quests list (I havent checked all my alts). Zerker hasn't done the quest but DK has. So people, this is what you need to look for. Look at your main quests and see if you can find stomp heard around the world, whether you finished it or not. If you cant see it, you'll need to try a different class.

Да да да! Мне дали знания, после убийства по кв призывного босса по свитку Кэлкас
Для этого я сделала выбор в Серендийской цепочке [Выбор] Не хочу это слышать!
Далее проходим в Кальфеонскую цепочку и там дадут кв на призыв!

Once you complete the main questline (I did new Serendia revamped Questline), on that character go to Jeron at Delphe Knights Castle for the quest. He will give you the boss scroll to kill "Kelcas: Khuruto". If you don't get knowledge or S knowledge, then you can forfeit the quest and re-start it to get the scroll again. Note: the quest is repeatable, if you accidently complete the quest.
