To complete this quest you'll need a fast horse with a Sprint skill learned, and at least 100 Energy points.
When you'll start the timer, the game will randomly give you one of the four possible quests. Each of them has a predefined set on correct answers.
As midspace noted below you don't even have to go and talk to Gorgath. To detect the quest you were given, just type into the chat one of the following answers: 105, 206, 37 or 62. Note the correct answer and use the list below for the correct answers to the questions of Alustin and Freharau.

You do not NEED to go Gorgath to complete his step. You can open the General chat at any time to type in the answers. You can even do it while on horse back on the way to Alustin or Freharau.
