I was thinking how to win her heart... and it occurred to me I should give her an accessory made with Translucent Crystal that resembles her pure eyes. I heard you can get Translucent Crystal in Waragon's Nest. But I can't go there, since I am not as strong as you are... I'm gonna win her heart someday. Because, you know, I'm skilled in delicate sculpture. Not as transparent as her eyes, but this crystal is literally crystal-clear. I'm gonna win her heart with this. For sure.

It says "piece of Translucent Crystal" which means Rough Translucent Crystal. I had some in my storage. This doesn't work, you have to mine it while you have the quest. I couldn't find any clear quartz at the Waragon's Nest so I followed ghury1's advice. There is a clear quartz vein just past the first fence on the right BEFORE entering the cave. I mined it and the quest updated and I was able to do the turn in after a very long ride.
