But I gave up on it cause I couldn't find out what the secret ingredient of the dish was. Why don't you ask Inaha? Ancado Inner Harbor gets all kinds of ingredients from Mediah and Calpheon so there will be many more recipes to discover. I'm sure Inaha would know that secret recipe but he looks reluctant to give it up. Maybe you will be able to get it out of him. Ancado Inner Harbor can be reached if you go straight along the path out the northern gate. Walagala sent you here? She's a tough one, she came by for the recipe so many times...
