To start this quest, you have to get the knowledge "Magic Bullet of Last Hope" first from:

Then you gather Fire Flake Flower (from nearby thickets/wild herbs, etc) and Black Stone Powder (grinding gems)

Contrary to what the quest text says, you don't need a hoe to gather the Fire Flake Flowers.

С 2023 года ничего не поменялось.
С активным квестом "Воплощение Иллезры" и Искривлённой верой (призыв, что вам дали) приходите к Броруму, проигрываете диалог и он вас направляет в хату у пристани (ребята выше скрины кидали), говорите с "документом" и идёте обратно к Броруму. Он просит вас дать ему "Лотос" и "Порошок чёрного камня", НО Лотос надо собрать самому в ближайшем кусте диких трав, а порошок - измельчить Чёрный камень.
