230 Amity with Ignar at Tarif. He is hard. Just do the first round and take the amity. Once you get to 100 amity, just wave until you get 230.

Do the quest for this. Just have to make a lump of raw sugar.

This is the best approach and only takes you one minute and 0 energy.
Just go to the cooking NPC, buy 10 of raw sugar and mineral water, and heat them to complete the quest.
